Artist's Comments

The three main male charaters in No Need for Bushido, Cho, Ken, and Yorikiro. All are desperately trying to look cool under some sort of strange sphere that may be the sun, although I'd originally planned on making it the moon. Now I don't know what it is!

I love NNFB. This is awesome; rarely does Yori come anywhere near "cool."

There's a thin line between genius and insanity. I tread that line like a drunk taking a sobriety test.

Very nice work. I've never heard of No Need For Bushido though. What is it?

Ahh!! It's the sphere of doom! ;>
:iconansuz:
Whatever the sphere is, the whole thing looks pretty cool. I like the lighting in this - the color scheme seems like it's at that vague twilightish time of day where it could be either, sun or moon. It's not so intense that it distracts from the rest of the picture, either (like it could pretty easily be if you were going for a really realistic backlit sun effect).

Really nice glow effects, too.

It's Longshot, Jet, and Sokka!

...

I have no idea why I did that.

One thing I can say about NNFB is that it is very shiney. Very very shiney. I need to figure out how to draw shiney things like that.
